Illinois City students attended a play at Circa 21, thanks to a grant from the Rockridge Foundation. Mrs. Robinson’s class really enjoyed it!

Andalusia 3rd, 4th and 5th graders will be performing Tuesday at 1:30 and 6:00. Please choose to attend one performance to see what your students have been working on in music.
ICE students will be practicing for the Holiday Performance Wednesday at the High School. In order to minimize disruption to the rehearsal and for safety/security purposes, students will not be allowed to be taken home by Grandparents or Parents/Guardians after the Holiday Performance practice session. If there is a need/desire to pick up a student early, please pick them up at ICE after signing her/him out in the office.

Mrs. Robionson's first graders at ICE worked with legos to build ziggurats from Mesopotamia to celebrate the end of our Knowledge unit on Ancient World Civilizations.
Mrs. Sours's second grade class is studying Erosion and the Earth's surface in Science. This lesson was on learning how rivers work.

Remember that all Rockridge Schools will dismiss at 11:30 am today (Thu Oct 31) for a School Improvement Day.
Representatives will be available to answer questions about the upcoming referendum that includes a new elementary building and air conditioning at the JH/HS building. Representatives will be in all three elementary building gymnasiums from 4:00-6:00 pm tonight. This is a time for you stop by, ask any questions regarding the referendum and talk with those involved throughout the process.
