The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) has recognized Rockridge High School with a banner to represent Bronze Honors, which recognizes FAFSA Completion of at least 65% of our students in the Class of 2021. ISAC representative Jasmine Raya presented a banner to RHS Staff on February 8th, including Principal Katy Hasson, Registrar Lindsay Reed, and Counselor Anne Bohnsack.
Starting with the Class of 2021, State law requires all Illinois public high school seniors to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as a graduation requirement. For students who choose not to file an application, a waiver may be completed by their parent to meet the requirement. ISAC would like to recognize the efforts of high schools that focus on supporting their students and families through the financial aid process. Qualifying high schools received banners to recognize their commitment to college access.
